1. What This Agreement Covers
This is our shared promise for how we’ll interact as you use Yael’s services. We’ve kept it simple and transparent, no confusing jargon, just clear expectations for both sides.
2. How You Can Use Yael
We designed Yael to be as accessible as possible, so you never need to create an account, log in, or share personal information to use every single feature of the tool. You’re welcome to:
- Process any personal or commercial images, long screenshots, and visual assets to create polished card stacks
- Use the final card outputs for any of your projects: client pitches, portfolio updates, social media posts, internal presentations, and more
- Share the card stacks you create with anyone, anywhere, no extra permissions needed
3. Our Commitments to You
We care about your experience and privacy, so we promise to:
- Never store your uploaded images or processed card stacks on our servers. All processing happens temporarily, and all files are permanently deleted immediately after your download is complete
- Maintain the original quality and clarity of your uploaded visuals through the slicing and shadow layering process
- Keep the interface intuitive and easy to use for all skill levels, no design experience required
- Avoid cluttering the tool with intrusive ads or popups that disrupt your workflow
- Continuously improve Yael’s features, processing speed, and output quality based on user feedback
4. What We Ask From You
To keep Yael a great tool for everyone, we ask that you:
- Only upload images and content that you own or have explicit permission to use and modify
- Avoid using Yael to create content that is harmful, misleading, or violates the rights of other people or communities
- Don’t attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the functionality of the Yael tool or its underlying systems
- Share your feedback with us if you run into bugs, have feature requests, or ideas for how we can make Yael better!
5. Tool Functionality Notes
We work hard to keep Yael running smoothly 24/7, but we want to set clear expectations:
- Processing times may vary depending on the size and complexity of your uploaded images, especially for very long high-resolution screenshots
- We may occasionally roll out scheduled maintenance updates to improve features, which may result in short periods of limited access
- If you encounter any issues with exports, corrupted files, or feature glitches, feel free to reach out to us anytime for support
6. Agreement Updates
As we add new features to Yael, we may occasionally update this agreement. We will always post a visible notice inside the tool at least 10 days before any new terms go into effect, and we will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes go live.
